What GlowZen is

GlowZen is a general wellbeing and fitness app for facial exercise. It builds a routine from your answers and guides you through it with demonstrations and spoken cues.

What it is not

GlowZen is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. The face scan gives an estimate for guidance, not a clinical assessment, and the scores are indicative rather than measurements.

Practise gently and ease off anything uncomfortable. If you have a jaw, neck or skin condition, or you are recovering from a procedure, check with a professional first.

Results

Facial exercise affects people differently and change is gradual. We do not promise any particular result, and any timeframes in the app are general guidance rather than a commitment.

Your responsibilities

• Use the app for your own personal, non-commercial practice.
• Don't copy, resell or redistribute the exercise content, videos or audio.
• Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Only upload photos of yourself.

Your content

Your photos remain yours. You give us permission only to store and process them so the app can work — showing them back to you, and analysing your scan to produce your results. That permission ends when you delete them.

Our content

The exercises, videos, audio, artwork and software are owned by GlowZen or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your licence to use them is personal, limited and revocable.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it is always available or error free. Features may change or be withdrawn.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, GlowZen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deleting your data in settings and removing the app. We may suspend access if the app is being misused.
